My Client are one of the largest UK housing associations who are seeking an organised Team Administrator to join their Key Worker Services team based in Slough to assist with projects and provide administrative support.
The job involves a variety of administrative duties including taking incoming telephone calls, responding to email enquiries, arranging and facilitating meetings, preparing and collating reports, minute taking, scanning, processing invoices and any other ad hoc duties.
The candidate will provide assistance to the Key Worker Services Team and perform tasks relating to the tenancy management of KWS properties. This includes data input, producing tenancy agreements, creating welcome packs, tenant referencing, mail merges and responding to lettings enquiries.
The candidate need to have advanced excel and word skills, excellent attention to detail, able to work within a busy office environment and use their initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Based in Slough with travel to King George Hospital site in Redbridge may be required. Full time (35 hours per week) this is am 6-12 month contract with the potential to go perm. Salary between £20,000 to £22,000 per annum depending on experience.
