I am looking for a Team Administrator to work at one of the UK’s leading commercial real estate companies. As Team Administrator you will be providing effective administrative support to the Residential New Homes team. This role will require you to co-ordinate the administration and maintenance of property records, as well as being a productive and positive member of the team!

This role would be perfect for someone who has some property experience and is looking to further their career within the industry.

It is important that you have a can-do attitude and are looking for a new challenge where you can grow with the company.

Salary: £23,000
Location: West End

Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with telephone queries from internal/external clients
  • Booking travel/meeting rooms for meetings and events
  • Monitoring and maintaining the department’s holiday and sickness requests
  • Assisting with development launches
  • Raising invoices and monitoring payment of fees
  • Building key relationships with clients across the UK
  • Ordering stationary, filing, answering phones and general office duties

  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • A team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Possess a flexible attitude to the work load
