An exceptionally organised, proactive Customer Service Manager is required with short notice, to work for an amazing, 5* house-builder based in the South West, covering Bath and the surrounding areas. Ideally you will be available to start at the end of May 2021 on an ongoing temporary contract (this position could become temp to perm).
You will be working for a forward-thinking house builder, who is committed to delivering a 5* customer journey. Our client builds stunning, high quality homes across the South West, therefore you must be open to travelling. We want to speak with experienced and immediately available individuals who have a minimum of 3 year’s experience working in the same role. You will have 4 days on site and 1 working from home.
Our client is seeking an intuitive, adaptable and personable New Homes Customer Service Manager with a varied background. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the purchaser has a smooth handover experience and warranty period. As a Customer Service Manager you will be customer facing and required to deal with snagging, defects as well as uphold the reputation of the developer.
