A luxury residential developer is seeking a Temporary Night Concierge to be part of the preopening of their brand new 5* apartments in Mayfair.
As you will be working directly for the developer instead of the managing agent, you will become the face of the brand and the development; responsible for welcoming residents and guests to the building and providing excellent service at all times. You will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the development and build trusted relationships with all residents, team members and guests.
The site has 26 units and comes equipped with five star amenities such as a private pool, gym and cinema.
Experience in a dynamic customer service environment. Experience within hospitality industry or liaising with HNW individuals is desirable.
Works well in a team
Excellent Written, Aural and Verbal communication skills
Strong command of the English language both written and verbal
Ability to perform well under pressure
Takes personal pride in delivering fantastic customer service
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise
Strong knowledge of the local area (West End)
