We are currently seeking a customer focused and admin savvy individual to work for one of the most successful, valued Housing Associations in the South.

This is a 2 month temporary position as a New Homes Customer Service Advisor. You will be joining a friendly, welcoming team in their office based in Horsham, West Sussex. This postion is ideal if you are inbetween jobs or looking for contract work.

Our client is looking for an advisor to uphold their renowned reputation by improving their customer satisfaction. You will need to be quick typist who can answer a phone and capture a customer enquiry as they are describing it. You will also need to have strong excel and general computer skills.

We want to speak with individuals who have New Homes Customer Service experience who are happy to get stuck in and support a driven team through a busy time with completions. The role is full-time and you will be required to work Monday to Friday.

The Responsibilities of a New Homes Customer Service Advisor:

  • Managing customer service calls and providing home owners with excellent customer service
  • Responding quickly to any queries and defect issues raised through investigating and liaising with sub-contractors
  • Record and maintain all customer contact records and details of reported warranty defect and updating the database
  • Provide follow up correspondence to each customer enquiry
  • Pro-active courtesy calls to customers on a regular basis.
  • Carry out day to day office administration to drive the smooth running of the department.
