I am looking for an extremely polished and creative individual with a sales/marketing background, good attention to detail and administration skills for a New Homes sales consultant position.

Whether you are a graduate or New Homes Sales Negotiator, completed a university masters – our client is open to background so long as you are impeccably presented.

If you are from Berkshire, or the surrounding area, and would like to work for a luxury house builder/gain property sales/real estate experience, please get in touch ASAP.

Open to fluent Mandarin speakers with impeccable English with a valid working visa.

The role:

  • Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge

Further requirements:

  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Switched on, sales savvy and driven
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Represent the company brand to the highest of standards

Salary:

  • Up to £28,000 (flexible on salary)
  • £50,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)

9 month junior Sales & Marketing Assistant role available also.
