My Client, a housing association at the forefront of the UK market is currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join their flourishing Southall team. In order to join one of the largest and most significant mixed-use residential schemes in London, you must be a proactive, results-driven self-starter, ideally with shared ownership experience.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the fast-paced customer experience, with opportunity for amazing growth.

Primary Objectives Include:

  • Generating and conducting viewings.
  • Maintaining the presentation of the marketing suite and show apartments.
  • Closing sales.
  • Use of CRM system to track leads and follow up activity.
  • Making outbound sales calls to leads.
  • Receiving and responding to inbound calls and email enquiries.
  • Providing exceptional customer care.
  • Available to work weekends.

Role Requirements and Benefits:

  • At least one year’s New Homes experience.
  • Brilliant track record in property sales.
  • On-going temporary position from 6-12 months.
  • Great salary package, dependant on experience.
  • Required to work 5 days per week.
  • Report directly to your Sales Manager and wider team.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
