Tenant Arrears Advisor
My client, one of the leading social housing providers in London and the South East are currently seeking a Tenant Arrears Advisor to join the team on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.
You will be proactive in identifying and contacting former customers to talk about money and negotiate repayment of debt, working in a very fast-paced environment where you will be empowered to make decisions, producing, analysing and presenting information in a clear way that is easily understood and able to self-manage and work to individual and team KPI’s.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with an engaging personality, who is focussed and driven to achieve the best outcomes for customers and the business. You will also be able to act on your own initiative, make your own decisions and be capable of prioritising and managing a varying workload across different platforms.
