Asset and Property Management Strategy has an entirely different meaning depending on the locations, industries and property types that make up a property portfolio. This means the requirements for a suitable property or asset manager are entirely bespoke to the company and portfolio type. Our property management consultants recognise that one size does not fit all. Coupled with their industry experience the team take the time to get to know your specific requirements before making value adding introductions. From private landlords to nationwide portfolios and institutional investors our team can advise you on your property and asset management recruitment requirements.

“I wanted to contact you to let you know how supportive Charlotte has been with a number of vacancies that we currently have. We had one particular sensitive situation, which Charlotte handled in an extremely professional manner.
I have been very impressed with the applicants that she has sent us and her communication style is excellent. She is always very prompt in responding to any queries.”
Deverell Smith and Joseph have been great in their approach to find suitable positions for me. They are always on hand to fully prepare candidates for their interviews. They also have monitored how I have been getting on in my new role since I have started. Keep up the good work!
After some years of the stars not quite aligning between DSR and my previous firm Farrar/Principia, in the weeks and months after our first meeting, DSR have provided us quality candidates to consider for various roles – quality ensured as they spend the time to get to know the candidates well before presenting them to Savills. Queries about the candidates are near enough answered straight away, as DSR have extracted from the candidates the sorts of questions they know I am going to ask anyway! In a highly competitive recruitment market, DSR stand out as a firm focussed on working for key, largely top-end property management clients and in the process, they are able to achieve a more tailored service – ultimately better matching candidates with the opportunities they seek. Whilst it is often said that recruiters benefit hugely from a transient workforce that prevails in managing agent circles, DSR clearly do their best to place candidates with firms where they are fully suited, thus encouraging long term commitment and loyalty. All DSR candidates have fitted in very well and so far excelling….long may that continue.
