Land Manager Jobs
Within a land manager job you will be responsible for the acquisition of existing or new development sites. You will be expected to have connections with local authorities, land owners and institutional investors and developers in order to find “off-market sites”. Typically, you will undertake, often detailed financial appraisals in order to understand a sites profit margin and subsequently how much you can afford to pay for the site and potential development.
