Megan started her career as a flight attendant for British Airways. After travelling the world for a year, she decided to try her hand at recruitment. Megan has joined the Technical and Construction team with experience in White Collar Construction. In her spare time you can find her in the gym or with her dogs Maisie and Ralph.
With an extensive degree level academic background in Law and French Language and Literature, Philip finally embraced reality and joined Deverell Smith in April of this year. Working as part of the Technical team, his remit covers predominantly developers and consultancies seeking high-calibre Project Managers.
Currently cultivating a rapidly developing case of ‘middle-aged spread,’ Phil’s sporting days are largely behind him, although he remains an armchair fan of rugby, football and Formula 1. Still occasionally known to stumble around a squash court, other pastimes include travelling, cooking and being an excellent dancer.
Lisa began her career as a psychology graduate at an international property and construction consultancy, with the idea of only staying in recruitment for a year or two! Over a decade later, she now heads up the Technical Surveying team at Deverell Smith, comprising of Professional Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying, having managed a similar team previously for a number of years. Lisa also comes with a wealth of account management experience having looked after some of the industry’s largest national contracts. She loves the outdoors and is a keen netball player and fan of box-fit. To relax, Lisa enjoys eating out with friends, live music and fine wines!
Aaron studied Quantity Surveying at University of Central England before embarking on a career in the property and construction industry for 10 years, working on both the client and contractors side. He is now enjoying the fast paced technical and commercial property recruitment industry and applying all of his knowledge everyday.
Aaron really loves rugby and travelling, especially when combined. He travels to tournaments around the world and played a season in America.
When I joined DS I did think it would be the same recruitment experience, but how wrong I was.
