Junior Asset Manager / Asset Management Analyst - Central London - £35,000 - £50,000 + Bonus

As a Junior Asset Manager/Asset Management Analyst, you'll support the management of a portfolio of Build to Rent properties. You'll assist with financial analysis, operational oversight, and tenant relations. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our asset management strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Portfolio Management: Assist in overseeing a portfolio of Build to Rent assets, working to ensure optimal performance and financial success.
- Financial Analysis: Help monitor financial performance, including budgets, revenues, and expenses. Identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Operational Assistance: Work with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and provide excellent customer service to residents.
- Tenant Relations: Support efforts to build strong relationships with tenants and address their needs promptly and professionally.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Gather data and prepare reports to track asset performance and present findings to senior management.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and assist in implementing best practices across the portfolio.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience or internship in real estate, property management, or asset management is desirable but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with property management software is a plus.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
