New Homes Aftercare Coordinator for UK Leading Property Developer
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Monday to Friday, 9 -5:30pm

- Starting salary of 30k + 5% annual bonus

What you'll do:
- Liaise excited with new home buyers and record any initial concerns (snags or defects).
- Coordinate with contractors and repair works to organise prompt issue resolution.
- Liaise with NHBC claims department and contractors, ensuring clear communication along the way.
- Ensure data accuracy and effectively manage diaries.
You'll need:
- First class organisation skills!
- An eye for detail and passion for property.
- Confidence using tech + CRM systems.
- Good telephone manner and empathy.
