Property Relationship Manager
This company is looking for a Full Time Property Relationship Manager to join their teams. The role will be split approximately 50/50 between the teams and the portfolio of a Retirement and Retail Estate
Job Description
The Property Relationship Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of administrative work is maintained for this FCA-regulated Group. The successful candidate will have a University Degree Qualification and 2/3 Plus Years Work Experience ideally in both Residential and/or Commercial Property. They will demonstrate the ability to deliver work accurately and have good written communication skills. An interest and experience of using technology in a business environment is also essential.
Job Responsibilities
The Property Relationship Manager will have the following job responsibilities:
The Max Barney Estate
- Checking and Maintaining Data using various technologies like MRI QUBE, Microsoft Sharepoint, Webcon, Riskwise (compliance database)
- Leasing Support to Manager including access for viewings, information gathering and administration of completed leases.
- Property Management administration by way of supporting the property managers with answering tenants' queries, supporting the management of 3rd party agents, processing compliance information and day-to-day operations.
- Other duties to include the wider max barney group reporting, liaising with the finance team and helping with the smooth operation of the team.
Retirement Plus
- Dealing with incoming customer queries from elderly and bereaved customers.
- Liaising with and overseeing external legal advisors.
- Ensuring the company takes possession of property as soon as possible after reversion.
- Ensure smooth handover to surveyor to manage disposal.
- Regular meetings to update Directors on company matters.
- Assist with issuing annual plan statements to customers and any other required information.
Requirements
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- University Degree Qualification
- 2/3 Plus Years Work Experience ideally in both Residential and/or Commercial Property
- Demonstrate ability to deliver work accurately.
- Good written communication skills
- Interest and experience of using technology in a business environment.
Location and Hours
This role is based in Shoreditch High Street Office. Usual office hours are 9 AM to 5.30 PM with an hour for lunch. The company offers a work from home option on Fridays which is discretionary.
Education
A Degree is preferred and/or A Levels.
General Responsibilities
The Property Relationship Manager will also be responsible for providing holiday/absence cover for other members of staff within the company and assume responsibility for their duties. In view of the need to maintain flexibility to meet changing workloads, these responsibilities may be varied from time to time to include other aspects of the work for the group of companies.
