Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to step up to the next level? Do you want to work for one of the most prestigious, fastest growing, well-funded real estate developers in London?
We are acting on behalf of an established property developer who have an excellent reputation in the market. Due to a significant investment, they are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on their projects as part of some very exciting growth plans. They have an enviable pipeline of work with several schemes due to start on site imminently.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business which is seeing rapid expansion and inevitably will offer a significant platform for progressing and advancing your career and package. Developments can range from residential, commercial/mixed-use and build to rent asset classes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Experience through planning & design development stages through to practical completion; capable of producing cost plans, value engineering, procurement and post-contract delivery
- Proficient in cost monitoring, invoice reconciliation, applications for draw-downs and valuations from banks
- Residential or mixed-use experience highly advantageous
- Development background, or a contractor background who has moved into client-side development, but would consider someone from a consultancy if they had the right drive and determination
- London or home county based
