Are you a personable, highly organised Sales Administrator with a passion for Real Estate?

My client are an award winning housebuilder who are looking for hardworking Sales Administrator to join their team and support the Sales Director in the growth of their residential portfolio.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Administrator, you will be supporting the Sales Director on the day to day sales operations, liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders, and be instrumental in the growth of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Progression: Assist in managing the sales progression process, liaising with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to ensure timely exchange and completion of property sales.
  • Listing Management: Coordinate property listings on various online platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling property descriptions, high-quality images, and up-to-date information.
  • Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, promptly responding to queries, providing updates on property sales, and offering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and review sales-related documentation, including sales agreements, offers, and terms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the estate agency's CRM system with accurate and current information related to property sales, clients, and leads.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in coordinating marketing activities, including property brochures, mailers, and online campaigns, to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Viewing Coordination: Schedule property viewings and liaise with both buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and successful property viewings.
  • Financial Administration: Handle financial transactions, process invoices, and manage payments related to property sales.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organised records of property sales, contracts, and documentation in line with data protection regulations.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide overall administrative support to the sales team, including managing appointments, organising meetings, and handling office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a sales administrator for a residential developer.
  • Passion for real estate and hunger to move into a sales focused role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanour.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling paperwork and documentation.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
