The Role:
This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to work alongside like-minded professionals in a dynamic and rewarding environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the property management portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with lettings administration, ensuring compliance with all necessary paperwork for tenancy agreements.
- Manage tenancy deposit registration, renewal, and protection processes.
- Coordinate property readiness for occupation, including arranging cleanings, inventories, and addressing special requirements.
- Maintain and update the CRM system (Acquaint), ensuring all property folders are compliant and up-to-date.
- Handle maintenance issues promptly, including scheduling appointments with contractors and clients.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and general diary management, including scheduling appointments and organising paperwork.
- Sign up new suppliers, manage incoming post, and assist with administrative tasks such as drafting contracts and sending out invoices.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in property management.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
