Currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Negotiator to join the hugely successful team in Hampstead. The ideal candidate will have a desire to succeed, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct viewings and provide detailed information about the local market
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and contribute to the overall success of the business
Requirements:
- Previous Sales Negotiator experience
- Knowledge of the NW London property market
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals
- Full UK driving license
