Job description

I am looking for an experienced Aftercare Co-Ordinator to join my clients Customer Service team in Greenwich, South East London. Previous customer service experience in New Homes is desired, however, if you have great customer care skills and then please apply!

You will be working with a well established and well respected New Homes developer in the heart of Greenwich! This is a temp to perm position with an immediately available start date.

About the person!

  • Great at admin
  • Some experience of CRM.
  • Expert communicator and be able to coordinate the team, both internally and externally.
  • Be proactive and want to give great customer service, whether that's on email, or via phone, Whatsapp or face to face.
  • Coordinating customer appointments and processing defects.
  • The other part of the role will be out on-site, doing pre-occupancy checks, setting up key access for contractors and sub-contractors ahead of residents taking ownership and liaising with their internal GP lettings team, again to facilitate access.
  • Have a great, can-do attitude and to be keen to get things done.
