my client is a a premium private luxury developer, that are dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences. We are seeking a Customer Relations Manager to ensure their clients receive unparalleled service from the point of exchange to handover.

Job Description:

As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during the final stages of their home buying journey. You will oversee the process from contract exchange through to the handover of their new luxury home, providing exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients from exchange to handover, addressing all inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (construction, design, legal) to ensure timely updates and progress reports for clients.
  • Organise and conduct site visits and walkthroughs with clients.
  • Manage the scheduling and execution of final inspections and handovers.
  • Ensure all client documentation and contracts are complete and accurate.
  • Provide personalized service to meet the unique needs and expectations of each client.
  • Handle any issues or complaints, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously seek to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer relations or client management, preferably in luxury real estate.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace.

The Details:

  • Up to £42k basic + yearly bonus.
  • Site based role, Monday- Friday.
