We are searching for an experienced and pro-active individual to join our clients busy New Homes team as a Sales Consultant in Binfield, Bracknell. If you are highly driven, hardworking and ambitious, then keep reading!
Our clients produce extremely high end and Eco-friendly homes, making them different from the rest! You will join a very well known and respectable house-builder to sell out their schemes and you will be working at this site for the life span of the development. This is a temporary to permanent role which offers fantastic flexibility.
This will be a lone working scheme and you must have 2-3 year's New Homes experience already.
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
- Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers
- Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process
- Negotiating prices and closing sales with potential buyers
- Providing advice and guidance to potential buyers on financing options and the home buying process
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential buyers, estate agents, and developers
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and potential buyers
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the home buying process.
What's on offer?
- Up to £30,000 basic + coms (OTE £40,000-50,000)
- Working 5 days a week plus every weekend - with Tuesday and Wednesday off
- Beginning of June start date
