​The role of an Assistant Development Manager involves supporting the Development Manager in delivering construction projects.

Some of the primary responsibilities of this job role may include:

● Assisting with the management of development projects from conception to completion

● Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

● Supporting the preparation of development proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

● Assisting with the planning and zoning process, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals

● Managing project documentation and reporting to key stakeholders

● Ensuring compliance with local and national regulations related to development projects.

● Good understanding of construction technology, building regulations, and sustainability requirements.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in construction management, finance, real estate, or a related subject.

● Excellent project management ability, including the capacity to handle many projects at the same time.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Great analytical competence and the capacity to analyse detailed data and draw sound conclusions.

● Proficiency in project management software

● Knowledge of real estate development and construction processes
