Commercial Director

What does a Commercial Director do in the property and real estate industry?

As the Commercial Director, you will identify new business opportunities and develop sales and leasing strategies to increase revenue and profit. You will be the point of contact for key clients, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with them. You will use your excellent negotiation skills to close deals, leasing and sales agreements and other partnerships.

Leading and managing a sales and leasing team will also be integral to your role. You will set targets and ensure that your group meets or exceeds them. By analysing market trends and data, you will identify opportunities for growth and make strategic decisions that will drive the organisation’s success.

You’ll also coordinate with other departments, such as property management, marketing, and finance, to ensure that the organisation’s objectives are met. The budget and resources allocated to the commercial department will be under your oversight.

If you are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the real estate industry and have a track record of leading and motivating teams, you can be a great fit as a Commercial Director!
