Your Challenge

This will be bigger than anything you've done before.

You'll lead and represent a division, internally and externally, at a senior level.

You'll be building a new division on this platform, and they need someone who can help take it from launch to maturity.

You will take full responsibility and deliver effective portfolio management for institutional PRS & Build to Rent landlords nationally.

Reporting into the COO, you'll be a key member of the senior leadership team and be pivotal in maximising the performance of your portfolio.

Your head office is in London, but you'll have flexibility on where you'll be based. You'll be a highly visible presence within the business, and across the wider industry.

About You

You will have 10+ years' experience minimum of operating as the Number One (and at Board level), within a national agent or management company.

You will have a track record in driving high-performance teams in PRS & Build to Rent.

You will be a champion of developing and managing a strong customer and sales-driven culture!
