Within the firm, the Building Surveying department plays a critical role in providing clients with a comprehensive range of building surveying services. The department is made up of a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering practical and cost-effective solutions to clients' building surveying needs.

The Building Surveying department offers a wide range of services, including building surveys, dilapidations, project management, design and specification, contract administration and building pathology.

In addition to their expertise in building surveying, the department is committed to sustainability and the environment. They work closely with clients to identify opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of their buildings and ensure that sustainability is incorporated into every project they undertake.

ABOUT YOU:

• Relevant RICS accredited degree (Building Surveying pathway)
• Minimum 12 months' work experience
• Should have a good understanding of buildings and construction and be able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
