Assistant Community Manager - Woking

We are looking for an enthusiastic, people's person to join a well respected home builder as an Assistant Community Manager. This role is on a temporary basis for 6 weeks, with the opportunity to become perm. You will need great management experience as you will be managing a team of 10.

Job Description:

• Ensure maximum revenue is achieved from the rental opportunities
• Supervising leasing performance
• Driving revenue
• Managing costs
• Support and assist in customer experience
• Coordinating and overseeing the planning and implementation of social activities

You Will Need:

• People Management experience
• Managing a team of 10
• 5 days a week, 2 weekends a month
