We are looking for an enthusiastic, people's person to join a well respected home builder as an Assistant Community Manager. This role is on a temporary basis for 6 weeks, with the opportunity to become perm. You will need great management experience as you will be managing a team of 10.
Job Description:
- Ensure maximum revenue is achieved from the rental opportunities
- Supervising leasing performance
- Driving revenue
- Managing costs
- Support and assist in customer experience
- Coordinating and overseeing the planning and implementation of social activities
You Will Need:
- People Management experience
- Managing a team of 10
- 5 days a week, 2 weekends a month
