Job description

Customer Care:

This role has been created to ensure our residents receive the best possible service upon move in and throughout their tenancy. This is primarily a customer-facing role, and as their first point of contact, you will be responsible for answering any questions or queries and resolving any issues swiftly and professionally. You will also be responsible for proactively keeping all areas of the building well-presented and maintained and ensuring any on-site works are organized and carried out in a timely manner. Your main duty is to ensure our exceptional service level and quality are maintained, and our customers have an excellent experience whilst living in their residence.

Relets:

You will also be responsible for assisting with the relets of your dedicated building. This will include tenant sourcing and vetting, handling tenancy agreements and paperwork, referencing potential residents, conducting property inspections and maintenance, keeping up with regulations related to rental properties such as tenancy laws, safety regulations, and data protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
  • Ensure apartment standards are met before residents move in
  • Welcome residents on move-in day
  • Address queries from residents throughout their tenancy
  • Manage maintenance requests and defects
  • Handle resident feedback and concerns
  • Maintain the presentation of communal areas
  • Perform apartment inspections
  • Gather feedback from residents on our performance
  • Conduct viewings for prospective tenants
  • Maintain records of communications and interactions in our Property Management system
  • Evaluate resident suitability and perform background checks
  • Manage tenancy paperwork and legal documents
  • Coordinate property inspections and maintenance
  • Stay informed about rental regulations and standards

Skills Required:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* The ability to prioritize and manage tasks and diary

* A positive attitude

* A commitment to delivering excellent service and prioritizing residents' needs

* Previous customer care experience necessary

* Property experience desirable

Working Hours: Usually Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm with some Saturdays (day in lieu)
