Job description
I am working with a Prime Agent agent in South West London who are looking for an Associate level Sales professional for a £450-500k seat. The role is available due to internal branch moves and provides a great platform to work with prime property and earn quickly. You will work alongside two Negotiator level colleagues and report in to the Sales Manager, bridging the gap between the two and being a role model.
Typical stock includes beautiful £1-3 million house and flats/split level apartments at £800k-£1.5 million.
A typical day would include:
- Handle daily enquiries and ensure buyers are correctly qualified and details updated
- Take charge of the above and keep a system that ensures process and quality are not missed
- Conduct viewings and close deals
- Negotiate between buyers and sellers, whilst demonstrating a consultative approach
- Mentor Negotiators and teach them best practice
- Champion a strong team culture
