Our well-recognised client, a leader in the real estate industry, is seeking a talented Sales Negotiator to join their successful Clapham office team.
- Engage with potential buyers and sellers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties to prospective buyers
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the office's ongoing success
Requirements:
- 1 years experience+ as a sales negotiator
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Knowledge of the Clapham area's property market is a plus.
- Full UK driving license
