You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with landlords and prospective tenants, negotiating tenancy agreements, and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the letting process
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings, negotiate tenancy agreements, and manage the letting process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the team to achieve set targets and exceed expectations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in BTR/Residential Lettings is highly desirable
- No driving license required
- A genuine passion for the property and rental market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
