Our client based in South West London are looking for a Customer Advisor to join their team. This office has one of the best cultures we have seen, regularly supporting local charities, hosting company events, being forward thinking on subjects such as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
Working within the Property industry, your role with involve making and receiving calls to potential, landlords, tenants, buyer and sellers to continuously support the branches and increase profit.
The package for this role is £20k + commissions which will increase your OTE to £35-50kpa. 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, fantastic benefits including wellness, personal loans, charity contributions, cycle to work, MyRewards scheme, fantastic Maternity and more.
Day to day: Responsible for building relationships with our clients over the phone with a view to booking an appointment for a valuation of their property with one of our Managers.
Progression: There are many departments including front facing Sales and Lettings branches, renewals, tenancy progression, prime property management, refurbishments and more.
