Job role: Business Development Consultant (Valuer/Lister)

Location: Bristol

Salary: £28k-32k, plus commission

Role Overview: As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing current leads, valuing instructions, and winning new business. Your duties will include listing properties and coordinating photoshoots, with a focus on generating leads through various channels such as database calls, door knocking, and webinars. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team and admin team to maximise lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and nurture existing leads to drive business growth
  • Value instructions and secure new business opportunities
  • Coordinate property listings and photoshoots
  • Conduct outreach activities including database calls, door knocking, and webinars
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise lead generation strategies
  • Work closely with an admin person to maximise lead generation efforts
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to business development strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
