Job Advert: Business Development Manager

Location: London based

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum

As a Business Development Manager, you will be an integral part of their continued success and expansion.


  • Identify Opportunities: Utilise your market knowledge and network to identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential investment prospects in the property development sector.

  • Develop and Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, local authorities, and other industry professionals to foster a strong business network.

  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations for partnerships, joint ventures, and other business agreements to drive growth and revenue.

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities in the property development market.

  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and project management to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

  • Financial Analysis: Assess and analyse financial viability and feasibility of potential projects and partnership opportunities.


  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years of successful business development experience in the property development or real estate industry.

  • Network and Connections: Strong existing network of contacts within the London property market.

  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a track record of successful partnerships and collaborations.

  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the property development landscape in London and the UK.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
