Job Title: Client Services Officer

Location: Farringdon, London

Salary: £24,000-£28,000 per annum + quarterly bonus

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Services Officer to join a team based in Farringdon, London. As a Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to client inquiries and providing solutions to their needs
• Managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
• Proactively engaging with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues
• Contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures
• Providing regular reports on client activity and engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
