Concierge

Location: Colindale

Salary £26,500

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9-6pm ( 1 Saturday a Month)

I'm partnered with a well known build to rent company who is actively looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to the residents of a large residential rental development with communal facilities. The role involves welcoming all entrants to the building, providing an excellent quality and high value residential environment for a wide mix of residents, occupiers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to email and phone enquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Assisting with preparation of check-in and check-out reports, completing property inductions with new residents
  • Preparing inventories for apartments and ensuring these are returned by new tenants
  • Conducting viewings to prospective tenants, recording the feedback on our marketing software and sending follow-up emails
  • Implementing and supporting branded marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with deposit protection scheme set up and releases
  • Assisting with move in / move out customer journey procedures
  • Assisting with the collection of rents, ensuring collection and deposit on a timely basis
  • Utilising the property management system to record various transactions and navigate tenant information, producing AST contracts and renewal contracts
  • Representing the company brand by providing exceptional service to residents, prospective tenants, contractors, and visitors
  • Communicating effectively and courteously with residents and colleagues, clearly understanding and responding to their needs
  • Assisting in promoting a neighbourly and community atmosphere including contributing to the resident events programme
  • Undertaking activities to recognise and celebrate long-term residents
  • Assisting the General Manager with resolving customer complaints
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process to help develop brand and ways of working
  • Active involvement in obtaining regular 5* reviews for the property

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Knowledge of deposit protection schemes and AST contracts
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
