Want to join a leading Estate Agent in Sittingbourne as a Customer Service Advisor? Are you able to provide exceptional customer service and skilled in telephone communication? I am seeking a dedicated individual to join a market-leading company. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Your role will involve:
- Handling calls from vendors, purchasers, landlords, and tenants
- Ensuring excellent customer care is at the forefront of everything you do
- Taking ownership of customer enquiries from start to finish
- Updating and inputting of client records on the CRM database
You'll guide clients through property transactions with empathy and authority, while identifying opportunities for additional services. If you thrive on exceeding targets and building strong client relationships, this could be the role for you!
Salary ranges from £20,000 to £26,500 per annum, plus bonus and commission, with generous benefits and a supportive team environment. Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays and 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.
