***Customer Support Manager - Large UK house builder***

My client is looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager who is comfortable managing the day to day management of customer issues, including managing a team of Customer Support Coordinators and Operatives covering a large patch of around 10 sites across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and West London. You will be based in their Head Office in Hampshire but will have the flexibility to work from home.  

You must have experience of working for a House Builder in a similar role and have strong people management and communication skills.

Salary is £50k + 5% bonus.

This role is Monday – Friday. Rota for weekends on call.
