Position: Day Concierge Positions - 7am-7pm or 9am-9pm 4 on 4 off Location: Kings Cross, London
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage resident requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, entertainment venues, transportation options, and other amenities, to assist residents with their needs.
- Handle concierge duties, such as receiving and organising deliveries, coordinating reservations, and arranging transportation.
- Proactively anticipate residents' needs and provide personalised recommendations and assistance.
- Act as a point of contact for maintenance issues, liaising with the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a neat and presentable concierge desk and lobby area at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or customer service role is essential.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and guests.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the local area and amenities, including restaurants, entertainment venues, and transportation options - training provided for this.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
