We are recruiting for a leading real estate company in London, and we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Estate Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for property and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting viewings and property valuations
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers
• Marketing properties through various channels
• Negotiating sales and rentals
• Keeping up to date with market trends and property prices

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Full UK driving license
• Positive and proactive attitude
