We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Property Manager. As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing our property portfolio, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Managing our property portfolio, including conducting property inspections and overseeing maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of any issues or queries
- Conducting viewings and negotiating tenancy renewals
- Preparing tenancy agreements, inventories, and other legal documentation
- Managing arrears and conducting rent reviews
- Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants alike
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Estate Agency Property Management
- A strong understanding of the lettings industry and the relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our clients
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
