We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Property Manager. As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing our property portfolio, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing our property portfolio, including conducting property inspections and overseeing maintenance and repairs
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of any issues or queries
• Conducting viewings and negotiating tenancy renewals
• Preparing tenancy agreements, inventories, and other legal documentation
• Managing arrears and conducting rent reviews
• Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants alike
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Estate Agency Property Management
• A strong understanding of the lettings industry and the relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our clients
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
