Role Overview:

As a Financial Advisor with our client, you will play a crucial role in providing expert financial guidance to support and enhance the success of property development ventures. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential property development projects, assessing risk and return factors to inform investment decisions.
  2. Develop and implement effective wealth management strategies for the company, ensuring optimised utilisation of financial resources.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights, forecast performance, and advise on financial implications of business decisions.
  4. Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  5. Offer expert advice on financial planning, retirement solutions, tax optimisation, and estate planning to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role within the real estate or property development sector.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning strategies, and risk management techniques.
  • Recognised certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent will be an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey financial information effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving financial goals.
