This role is working for one of the leading real estate companies in Europe focusing on the ownership and management of modern logistics and distribution properties.
This role is for an FP&A Manager with proven leadership capabilities to join the Finance Team. The key responsibility of the role will be to manage the budget and forecast process, including management of one analyst, and will also entail the delivery of business objectives in a timely and accurate manner for the finance team and wider business.
Main responsibilities for this role:
- Lead the delivery of core inputs into the budget and five-year planning process on behalf of the business, as well as quarterly reforecasting
- Planning and timetabling
- Own the process around modelling of leasing assumptions o Understand and constructively challenge lease level data and assumptions with local teams
- Coordinate between other areas of the business on corporate aspects of the model, including G&A, AUM, Tax, Distributions, Capital Structure, Liquidity & Interest
- Perform in-depth analysis of plans
- Own the production of materials to drive focused review at regional and executive level
- Prepare budget pack and supplementary analysis for shareholder review
- Address queries from shareholders
- Development of new analysis to deliver commercial insight
- Combine new and existing data / information and share insights with stakeholders to drive business performance
- Interaction with on-going projects
- Drive the delivery of improvements to processes and systems (Anaplan, Tableau, Horizon)
- Management of one FP&A Analyst
It is important for this role:
- ACA / CIMA qualified with at least 3 years post qualified experience
- Need to have managed at least 1 before
- To have had senior stakeholder exposure outside finance
- 3 days in office 2 from home
- Ideally property experience but open to out of sector
- £85,000 maximum salary and discretionary bonus
