• Manage building checks, contracts and maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Strong customer service background and team management experience
• Knowledge of H&S compliance and complex building matters
• Positive, organized, and tenacious with a common-sense approach
• Outgoing, warm and friendly personality with excellent written and spoken etiquette
• Strong financial management skills
• ARLA and IOSH certifications are desirable
