Deverellsmith are working exclusively with a medium, well-established firm of Chartered Surveyors with offices in London and the regions. They are looking to expand their Business space and Industrial agency team where they offer acquisitions, dispoal and leasing advice to a wide range of Landlord and Occupiers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Undertaking market appraisals and agency duties for a wide-ranging client base.
Developing and managing client relationships.
Assisting the Director in achieving budget and growing the business lines.
Carry out excellent client service while adhering to deadlines.
Confident closing deals and engaging with other agents and clients.
Leasing of key London and regional instructions
To assist in winning new business and to further develop the London team.
Directly liaising and managing key clients.
TO BE CONSIDERED:
At least 6 months of experience in a role in commercial property or RICS accredited degree
Willingness to learn and develop knowledge across all sectors of the property industry.
Ability to communicate and manage client relationships.
Confidence to approach tenants and engage with the key decision makers within the business.
Microsoft office package essential
