Job Title: Head of Property Management

Location: Swindon

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM, with 1 in 4 Saturdays

Our client, a dynamic and independent agency with a strong foothold within estate agency, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as the Head of Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of approximately 700 units and leading a dedicated team of 7 professionals across two offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Effectively lead and manage a team of property management professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Property Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the agency's extensive portfolio of approximately 700 units, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their property management needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain effective operational processes to ensure smooth day-to-day property management activities.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant property management laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for the property management department, aligning with the overall goals of the agency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong background in leadership and team management.

  • Adept at developing and maintaining client relationships.

  • Excellent knowledge of property management laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
