Head of Property Management

This is a very exciting position with the opportunity to work for one of London's most prime residential property developer.

As Head of Property Management , you will be expected to go above and beyond for buyers, delivering the highest level of customer service and managing their buyer's every need.

They're looking for someone who will offer an entrepreneurial work ethic with a broad spectrum of skills with the ability to operate in a high-pressured environment.

The role:

  • You will join letting agent on viewings of potential tenants
  • Attend check in/handover meeting when tenancy agreed
  • Organise home demo/introduction meeting with all relevant parties upon move in
  • You will help build a good relationship between tenant, client and external parties
  • Prepare and send monthly status reports to client and hold monthly meetings where necessary
  • Create and execute Service Level Agreements for managing properties
  • Manage contractors, engineers, security personnel, concierge, housekeepers where necessary
  • Liaise and manage relationships with external suppliers
  • Attend and sign off maintenance works on site
  • Preparation and management of maintenance budget
  • Assess and report to client recommendations of future works where possible
  • Project management of any refurbishments and redecorations as and when necessary
  • Management of insurance claims as needed
  • Troubleshoot and assessment of reactive property related issues
  • Carry out monthly/quarterly/yearly inspections as agreed with client

  • You will have experience working in the prime market and dealing with UHNWI
