Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential land opportunities that align with our development strategies and objectives.
Site Identification: Source and identify prime sites for residential and commercial development, considering factors such as location, zoning, planning permissions, and market demand.
Financial Analysis: Analyse financial viability and risks associated with each land acquisition, including ROI projections and development costs.
Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate with landowners, agents, and stakeholders to secure the most favourable terms and conditions for the company.
Due Diligence: Oversee the due diligence process, coordinating with legal and technical teams to assess land suitability and resolve any potential issues.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, landowners, and local authorities to foster productive partnerships.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Proven experience as a Land Buyer within the real estate or property development sector.
- Strong understanding of UK property market dynamics, planning regulations, and land acquisition processes.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to assess financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

- Degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
