deverellsmith have partnered with a leading Later Living provider in Surrey to find an Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day delivery and operational activity of their operational real estate platform.

The Role:

  • As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing the General Managers of each community, ensuring their communities can run smoothly & efficiently and comply with all health and safety guideline.
  • Ensuring all assets under management within the platform are managed in line with the asset's strategic business plan
  • Having responsibility for the preparation of and ongoing monitoring of all operational budgets, running the sales teams and managing the overall P&L
  • You will be used to ensuring best practice and implementing change within the business
