Leasing Agent - Build to Rent - Waterloo

As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the face of the community, welcoming and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. From showcasing available units to processing applications and facilitating move-ins, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for residents.
Your sharp eye for market trends and competitor analysis will keep us ahead of the curve as you monitor and adapt leasing strategies accordingly. You'll also take the lead on our online marketing efforts, ensuring listings stand out with compelling content and visuals that attract potential renters.
Compliance with regulations and company policies will be a top priority for you, as you handle everything from lease agreements to documentation and ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines.
