Our client are an award winning property developer, creating mixed use spaces within the UK creating one of Europe largest most exciting schemes including thousands of shops, offices, and more, passionate about shaping communities across the UK.
Due to the busy summer months they are looking for 4 Leasing Associates to join their team and deliver outstanding customer experiences, meet targets, and drive occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve lease-up goals and revenue targets.
- Engage with prospective residents, book tours, and close leases.
- Promote additional services and amenities.
- Ensure smooth lease progress and collaborate with teams.
- Support community development and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- Strong communication and time management.
- Motivated team player with sales drive.
- Customer-focused and strong admin skills
Start dates available in May and June they are looking for customer focused indisvuduals to join the team on 3 Month FTC (possibility of extension) They pride themselves on a great team culture, hardworking but relaxed environment.
